The GGI Studio Collection offers a full refund in the amount of your order for online and in-studio purchases within 14 days, with the exception of “Now or Never” items which are final sale. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact, and with an original receipt. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable and at the customer’s expense.

We offer in-studio pickup and shipping within Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business day(s) using Canada Post. Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days.
