Having a home that doesn’t just look good, but actually makes living your life better, is at the very core of every project we work on.

I’ve always viewed home as a sanctuary and that is true now more than ever. With us all currently working and schooling from home, personal space is at an absolute premium.

So many of us now live in open concept homes, never really imaging that they would be full day after day with people, music, and loud zoom conversations. I see doors making a big comeback, you can say you read it here first!

Carving out a small corner for quiet reflection and solitude is a must to soothe our soles. We all need some alone time. I love a long soak in a bath with lots of Epsom salts and some essential oils, a walk-in nature, sitting in my garden, meditation, or losing myself in a good book with a great cup of tea is another favourite.

We can’t currently travel to escape from it all, so it is time to really take stock of how you want to live and understand where your current home may be falling short and what changes it might need.
